Welcome to my adorable ranch in the heart of east Louisville! This is the perfect place for your Louisville stay. Spend time with your loved ones in the open living room, kitchen and dining space, or retreat to the bedrooms on opposing sides of the house for some peace and quiet. Makes for a great remote work location! Conveniently located to everything - expressways, shopping, and tons of food! Within walking distance to the quaint neighborhood park.
This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. From the front door, you enter into an open great room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. Just off the kitchen is a dining area. One side of the house features 2 bedrooms and one bath. On the opposite is the master bedroom and laundry room. The backyard has a full privacy fence with a deck.
**Please note furniture and fixtures at the time of stay will differ from those pictured above. However, the same amount of furniture will be present (i.e. all bedrooms will have queen or full size bed). If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

You will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the garage, storage shed and utility closet. Tampering with the utility closet, any of its contents, or the garage will result in additional fees.

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this home. It was a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood, and Riley was wonderful and very helpful. They entire place was clean and everything functioned as it should.

This home was perfect for our stay. Great central location. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, very responsive host. The back patio was great for hanging and enjoying a drink outside. I would recommend.
