The distance from the station was nice.
There is no sound proofing, so I could hear every sound, leading me to being woken up everytime anyone was walking around upstairs. The upstairs guests were not particularly loud, because even just them walking down the stairs was enough to wake me up. This should be amended if you are to have multiple guests staying in the same property.
Also, the instructions for entering the property were confusing and took longer than expected to enter.
