The amenities were very welcome: having a microwave and a stovetop was extremely nice for late night snacking and early breakfasts.
Just make sure that you get the right address when you arrive because there are multiple Kiki houses in various areas of Tokyo and you don’t want to mess them up.

基本的に必要なものが全て揃っていたので過ごしやすかったです。
少し寝返りしてもベットが軋む音が凄かった。 下の階の人に迷惑になるレベル。 絶対に対策した方が良いと思う。

No breakfast no elevator so you need to climb the stairs with your luggage. Hard to locate on google maps and the owner doesn’t help much either.
