King's Cross Private Suites

We liked the location, the key codes, the coffee, tea. The beds were OK but both had a dent in where people have slept. There was hot water and two hairdryers, two fans.

The door code did not say to press any number first to light up the screen, then put the key code in. Even though the windows were open the place was like an oven and we HAD to sleep with the windows open but that meant that it was really noisy all night long. If there was at least one air con unit of some description that would have helped. There was no milk for my coffee or my friend's tea and there is no fridge. The inner door lock needs looking at, it works but could be tighter.

Nous avons aimé la propreté de l appartement,le fait qu'il soit bien situé....les propriétaires sont très réactif à la moindre demande.... Nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans cette appartement lors de nos voyages à Londres.

Great location - handy entrance with everything is key coded so no issue having to share keys.

Couldn’t work the radiators so had to use the plug in ones provided. So no way of timing heating but it did warm up quickly.

In the pictures it looks beter then in reality. The costs does not represent the quality of the finishing and selection or lake of furniture. I'm sure that with the correct mindset the management can offer a better service. Again the manager that helped with my check was helpful and polight.
