Room was comfortable and quiet and adequate for our stay
Stairs down to basement were narrow and steep and bathroom was really really small, no cat swung around here

Easy reach of KX station and easy to find. Comfy bed and nice garden to sit in. Very quiet.
No lifts so stairs up and down with luggage. We’re getting old!

Conveniently located on a nice block between St. Pancras/Kings Cross and Eustace Station. Well managed with 24 hour desk.

Location was excellent for my purposes; that’s why I chose this place. Staff were good; a problem I reported was dealt with in under 30 minutes.
For the money being charged, I was a bit surprised there was no air conditioning. Kitchen wasn’t especially well-equipped or designed. No fish-slice meant extracting eggs from the frying pan was an interesting challenge. Cupboards way too high, and the sink in the corner was hard to reach. The room could have been cleaner; significant amounts of dust on some shelves and ledges.
