Recently refurbished, on ground floor in a relaxing and cosy environment it's perfect for couples, families, friends, business travelers. It's very well connected with bus & tube stations to all London areas.

Just as advertised! We had a perfect stay for our first time in London with my wife and two teenage sons. Great location convenient to multiple train/tube stations, shopping within comfortable walking distance. Laundry was a great bonus. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at Dejan’s ground floor flat. It had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer in an unusual floor plan. There was easy access to Euston and Kings Cross stations and only a short walk from Russell Square tube station.The only recommendation I would make is to take earplugs if someone is staying on the sofa bed in the front room as the neighbors above are heavy walkers during the night. Otherwise there was no street noise.It as great that the owner met us when we checked in. He was good at communicating before we go there, too. I would recommend this flat.

This property has a good location on the north side of London close to Kings Cross/St. Pancras. The checkin was good. But it is simply not large enough for 8 people. The layout is also poor as one of the bedrooms is isolated from the rest of the apartment and you have to go up and down a narrow staircase to get over to the main part of the apartment where the bathrooms and kitchen and living areas are. Not good at 2 am in the morning with the lights off. So don't let the photos fool you. Being 79, I wouldn't rent this apartment again, but for others it may be okay. You can sleep 2 people in one bedroom and then 2 people in the separated bedroom if they can deal with the stairs. But by simply adding 2 sleepers sofas in the small living room doesn't mean you actually have room for 4 more, at total of 8 people. Just not enough room.
