London Regency Apartment King's Cross

Lovely apartment in a very convenient location, just five minutes’ walk from King’s Cross. It had everything we needed, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. Roy’s communication was excellent, and we appreciated his helpfulness and offer to accommodate an early luggage drop-off.

The cleaning needed more attention, particularly the cutlery and washing-up items. A more thorough clean would have made the stay much more comfortable.

De locatie is écht top, klein stukje lopen vanaf King's Cross, rustig gelegen aan een parkje en goed te vinden. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Ik las wat langer geleden dat er wat opmerkingen waren, niets van gemerkt, dus dat is blijkbaar aangepast.

Location was perfect. Entry instructions were clear and accurate. We couldn’t get the TV channels to work on free TV. It kept asking for us to sign in. However - Most annoying was - The description on booking.com indicated the tariff ‘including all fees and charges’. I was shocked to see the final amount was increased with a ‘cleaning fee of &30 and VAT of &23.10. These are ‘fees and charges’ and should not be re-charged. In addition, the appartment was below my standard of cleanliness anyway. I would like the &53.10 pound refunded to my card.

The advert said there was one flight of stairs to climb. That is correct (and okay) but no mention of the full flight going down first.
