Everything was amazing! We got a lot of help from Miss Parisia, she was available and answered our questions very quickly. The design is beautiful and everything was very clean. The check in was very easy to understand, we got in quickly. The location was amazing! In the city center close to all the attractions and restaurants. Very high value for the price.

Good location, clean room, nice bathroom
It was difficult to find and hard to get in. The key box was ripped off the wall and therefore we were locked out our room for 4 hours after alerting the maintenance team. We had no bin in our room and also didn’t have a key card to access the lights in our room and had to use our own ID card. We didn’t see any staff the entire stay and the room wasn’t cleaned once. We asked for the luggage room location but never received this, so had to take our suitcases with us on our final day.
