    Nice location. Staffs are friendly but you don’t have time much to interact with them. Breakfast are cold and limited. The cleanliness needs to be significantly improved especially in the bathroom. Otherwise it is an ok hotel for a short stay.

    We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pilvax but I was disappointed they did not let me know they had no kitchen until I made the booking.! So no breakfast, I paid for two rolls a banana and a water! They have clearly had no kitchen in a while, there is lots of building at work going on here so it is noisy. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay anyway as we were out most of the day, the location is great a stones throw from Fashion Street 😊.

    Except for the location, everything else was terrible. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. The furniture was very old, there was no elevator, and the place was dirty (partly due to ongoing construction). They didn’t bother to accommodate the food preferences they asked for. There was no lighting in front of the hotel, and even inside, only 2 out of 4 desk lamps worked; the lights functioned properly only in the bathroom. I even got facial acne, and I only get acne when I sleep on dirty sheets while traveling. According to the booking conditions, I had already agreed to pay the city tax (in addition to the room price), yet the reception still asked for the money again. Thankfully, I hadn’t booked all my nights there in advance, so I spent my last two nights at another hotel nearby.
