Posizione ottima, vicina al mare e alla via principale bel centro storico con i ristoranti. L’appartamento è grande e vivibile.

La struttura non è valorizzata al massimo del suo potenziale. Nel bagno il problema è la vasca poco curata, la tenda è da cambiare e l’appendi doccia era rotto. Il congelatore non tiene bene il freddo, le padelle da cambiare sono vecchie e rovinate. Il citofono non funziona.
