Clean and spacious with comfortable bed in a newly renovated room. Access by lift. Breakfast vouchers are a great idea!
Hard to find the front door as the google maps and booking.com sent me around the building. This could be tweaked.

The room was clean, but basic. The location is very convenient, being just 250m away from Piombino Centrale train station. And there is also a taxi station right near the property (in front of Camomilla Shop). The taxi costs 10 euro to Piombino Marittima and 40 euro to Campiglia Marittima.
The host was very helpful, even if we didn't meet face to face. They gave us a lot of useful recommendations and answered all our questions.
Breakfast consists in a voucher that you can use in one of the nearby cafes. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done.
Check-in and check-out were very easy to do.
The furniture inside the room could use some replacing or refurbishing.
