Location was excellent for us. The apartment was great and had most of the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Although we never actually met Giulia in the flesh, she was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries we had via WhatsApp. Grazie per l'ottimo soggiorno, speriamo di tornare di nuovo in futuro!
Unfortunately the washing machine broke down during our stay but that was just unfortunate timing and not the host's fault, thankfully there is a launderette 2 minutes walk from the apartment so all was fine. The only things we found uncomfortable were the pillows on the beds, they were very flat and lumpy but it did not ruin our stay, just something to bear in mind.

We were supposed to catch the ferry to the island of Elba but because of high winds, the ferries were cancelled so we booked this apartment very last minute. The host was very communicative, the place was very clean and very comfortable. We were grateful to have a centrally located, safe and comfortable place to sleep in the center of town.
The apartment is nice but the building, staircase, main entrance are not as nice.

+ The property provides a self check-in, very convenient and without problem. Instructions received before arrival were clear.
+ Apartment itself is well equipped, has a working air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.
+ Good location, not too far from the port (+/- 15 min walk) and only steps away from the old town.
- The fridge is old or did not close well and was leaking water on the floor.
- The water pressure in the shower was very low.
