Der gute Kontakt zum Vermieter. Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet. Öl, Salz, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine.

Casa pulitissima, tutto l occorrente a disposizione, centrale e comoda. L host gentilissimo ed educatissimo. il mio cagnolone ha gradito il giardinetto fuori!

Wir waren 4 Tage in der Wohnung. Die Lage war sehr zentrumsnah, also gut. Die Wohnung war augenscheinlich sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Die sogenannte Aussenterrasse lag in einem Hinterhof. Sie war verdreckt, die Bestuhlung war ebenso dreckig und kaputt. An drei Nächten liefen Kakerlaken über den Fliesenboden im Wohnzimmer- und Küchenbereich sowie im Badezimmer. Die Parksituation war sehr angespannt, Parkplätze waren schwer zu bekommen.
