The location of the apartment was surprising, we were expecting to the right. The apartment is clean, simply furnished, comfortable, although the kitchen is missing a lot.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, close to the centre but in a quiet area.

Since the lady does not speak English or German it was difficult to communicate with her. There was a musty smell in the house.

Very nice owner lady and very clean apartment

The apartment is close to the sea (200 meters), but note, the beaches are more far. Also the flat is very close to the city center, 5 mins by walk. The context of the building is really not nice, the first impression is not positive. But then you meet the lady, she is super friendly and ready to help. The floor inside is indeed very nice and clean, you can see that there is the touch of a woman. In the end we were very satisfied and we prolonged our stay by one day!

Lage ist super. Man hat alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und es gäbe auch eine Waschmaschine. Parken war auch möglich. Für eine Nacht hat es voll gut gepasst.

Das Online-Check-in ist für die ältere Generation evtl. etwas kompliziert. Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist telefonisch möglich, jedoch schwierig, wenn man nicht italienisch spricht. Türcode bekommt man nach dem Check-in. Schlafsofa ist sehr laut sobald man sich bewegt, jedoch bequem.

Tolle Vermieterin, groß, sauber, zentral, günstig!

Haben super spontan gebucht (Ankunft in Piombino um 18 Uhr, Buchung, um 19 Uhr -nach Registrierung- waren wir eingecheckt), die Vermieterin war trotz Sprachbarriere Unsererseits innerhalb von 20 Minuten vor Ort und hat uns Zugang gewährt! Einfach hammer! Es gab sogar Kaffee in der Unterkunft. 🥰 Ganzes Appartment ruhig in einem Hinterhof. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in die Altstadt sowie zum Supermarkt. Küche voll ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, schönes Bad. Bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage. Für den Preis einfach unschlagbar! Und dann auch noch süße Katzen im Hof!
