Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. L'appartamento è situato al centro, vicino alla stazione, alla scenografica piazza Bovio, con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Davide ( il locatore ) è stato disponibile e gentile dall' accoglienza al check out.
Mi sono goduto appieno il soggiorno.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und antwortet immer sehr schnell. Tips für die Umgebung haben wir auch bekommen. Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Also von Gewürzen, Geschirrspüler Tabs, Müllbeuteln und eben so kleinen Dingen die manchmal fehlen war alles dabei. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da, diese können auf der Schlafcouch im oberen Abteil schlafen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Im Innenhof kann man oft parken, wenn nicht findet man in der Regel selbst einen Parkplatz oder kann den Gastgeber fragen. Ein Supermarkt ist wortwörtlich gegenüber. Alles in allem haben wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Zum Meer sind es ca 10min. Mit der App Bus AT kann man Tickets für den Stadtbus kaufen 1,30€ und sich die Fahrt planen lassen. Danke nochmal!

Everything has been just great! We have found quickly the parking in the court and took the keys from a keybox without problems. Davide instructions have been excellent. He was very nice and even preoccupied for the absence of the elevator, considering our age. We were prepared for this, we travel light and do not afraid of staircases. The apartment is cosy and excellently equipped even in the small details.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole a Casa Malù. Appartamento molto ben curato, comodo e pulito. Uscendo dal portone sei nella via principale di Piombino. Quindi ci si muove agevolmente a piedi. Stefania si è rivelata una hoster simpatica, cordiale e disponibile per ogni tipo di evenienza o informazione necessaria. Spero presto di poter di nuovo soggiornare da lei. Consigliatissimo.
