Personable host who was always willing to help. I really liked him. Very clean apartment in a quiet setting. Much appreciated.
Next I provide a few suggestions or at least observations, but I do not want them to even aesthetically impact the host negatively -- which is why I am describing them in this section of the review rather than below concerning dislikes:
As a landlord myself, I feel that this clean unit would benefit from a few inexpensive upgrades: a few large rugs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), and at least one small lamp or other lower light source on at least one of the night stands. Granted, there is no actual nightstand in this apartment -- there instead is a tiny, floating, single-plane shelf on each side of the bed -- but on at least one of them or elsewhere in the bedroom, there really needs to be a lower-lumen source of light. If not a nightstand lamp, then a low-lumens floor lamp would be helpful. In the absence of one, I was stuck using the large and bright overhead light in the middle of the bedroom. Similarly, there is no light source in the shower area. That made showering a challenge, particularly because the shower is accessed via 4 or 5 short and angled rise-and-run stairs up to the shower pan. Just very small suggestions from one landlord to another that would make the space more livable and comfortable.
I didn't literally dislike any aspect of this spotless apartment. None of the comments above is a complaint.

L'appartamento è nel cuore del centro storico e consente di raggiungere a piedi sia il lungomare sia i principali servizi, come ristoranti, negozi e mercato. La cucina è molto ben accessoriata.

La casa è situata in un punto abbastanza nevralgico di fatto in pochi passi si può arrivare a tutto il necessario per una permanenza; dal centro, al mare, al supermercato ecc.., rimanendo al tempo stesso in una zona tranquilla.
Per quanto riguarda invece la struttura, niente da dire. Ambiente fresco, nuovo, si percepisce la cura del dettaglio e quella del cliente.
L’host cordiale e disponibile.
Una chicca che non ci lasceremo scappare!
