Le Perroquet qui Bulle - Reims Centre

The entire process from booking to access to communicating with a hands on concierge was superb. Location was perfection and local feel amazing. I would recommend this property to any family planning to explore Reims and the champagne region. Best spot ever.

Pas d'ascenseur, les photos laissent croire que l'appartement est plus spacieux, lit sous combles (on se tape la tête la nuit), prix trop élevé pour ce que c'est - c'est exagéré !

Parking challenging but manageable as we got Free parking in front both days.

Nice location, well-decorated space

Impersonal to (actually, far past) the point of rudeness. Lack of communication/response on their point left us stranded with luggage in Reims; it also meant we spent 7 minutes in a downpour outside the door, waiting for the check-in code to work. Leaky shower had pretty but empty bottles of soap and soaked the floor each morning. Despite rationing, we ran out of toilet paper, but couldn't trust the proprietor to respond/restock. Also, weirdly, their online orientation booklet started off about security cameras and illegal download warnings, which made us wonder if it's a Napster holdover or if previous visitors had been playing around on the dark web. All in, I would NOT recommend this stay.
