Climbing the 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment with our luggage. No sugar for coffee.

Leider gibt es keine Spülmaschine.

Great location, easy walk into centre. Beautiful apartment , immaculate and high quality.

Nothing that we didn’t like, but we would have really appreciated some tea bags… but that’s probably because we’re English! Also there were only 2 bath towels for the 4 of us.

Nice location, well-decorated space

Impersonal to (actually, far past) the point of rudeness. Lack of communication/response on their point left us stranded with luggage in Reims; it also meant we spent 7 minutes in a downpour outside the door, waiting for the check-in code to work. Leaky shower had pretty but empty bottles of soap and soaked the floor each morning. Despite rationing, we ran out of toilet paper, but couldn't trust the proprietor to respond/restock. Also, weirdly, their online orientation booklet started off about security cameras and illegal download warnings, which made us wonder if it's a Napster holdover or if previous visitors had been playing around on the dark web. All in, I would NOT recommend this stay.
