Spacieux proche Gare et Cathédrale

The apartment was in the heart of the main tourist district and easily accessible from the station. It was spacious (apart from the kitchen) and had oblique views of the cathedral which was pretty at night. It had a washing machine and washing detergent and it was easy to dry clothes. It was opposite an arcade with a supermarket which was useful. The bottle of cold tap water in the fridge was welcome. The shower was good although there was no bathmat and the floor outside the shower was very slippery. It was quiet apart from the plant noise, which would not be a problem in cooler weather. Top tip: There is no luggage storage at the station but there is a commercial operator immediately outside the station lockerinthecity.com which was excellent.

It was a bit shabby and we wondered why the banisters to the lower part of the staircase had been taken out as they would be helpful when heaving bags up/down to/from the bedroom. The noise from the plant on the roofs of the buildings at a lower level was annoying when we had the windows open- and the plant dominated the view. We were rather surprised to find plastic wine glasses and no cork screw!

The parking offered was too tight for our average size car to get through the gate.

Really clear and helpful instructions on how to access property and parking. Location of property was excellent for Reims city centre, key sights, restaurants, shops. Parking was secure and just round corner from the apartment. Apartment was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend!

Nice location, unfortunately all around there were people sleeping in the street: not so nice when travelling with a child. In my opinion is a cozy place to stay especially in Autumn or Spring: the bedroom has a nice view but it was too hot.
