Centrally located & spacious

The parking offered was too tight for our average size car to get through the gate.

Really clear and helpful instructions on how to access property and parking. Location of property was excellent for Reims city centre, key sights, restaurants, shops. Parking was secure and just round corner from the apartment. Apartment was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend!

Sam communicated really well and was very helpful with instructions for checking in and parking, which was a real bonus to have free of charge. The location was excellent and central for everything. It has a working lift which we appreciated, being on the 7th floor. The WiFi worked well too. The apartment has a lovely shower, hot water, washing machine and dryer if needed. The kitchen was functional and had what we needed. A very spacious apartment and would be fine for 4 people. Overall a nice stay, fabulous location, great parking and a helpful owner.

The apartment looks better on the pictures than it actually is but was functional for the 1 night we needed it. The internal hallways of the building would benefit from a facelift, it is property managed so not the fault of the owner really. It was cold and wet in Reims and the apartment had no working heating which did let it down, we were told that this is controlled by a central boiler that the management company have control of and they couldn't get it working whilst we were there. The owner apologised and offered us a small refund which we didn't accept, but appreciated the offer. They did say they would be purchasing electric heaters for the next guests but we did think they should have been prepared for cold weather, as the days leading up to our stay were also cold and wet.

Nice location, unfortunately all around there were people sleeping in the street: not so nice when travelling with a child. In my opinion is a cozy place to stay especially in Autumn or Spring: the bedroom has a nice view but it was too hot.
