The apartment is ideally located on Place d’Erlon, close to numerous stores, boutiques, restaurants, cafés, a movie theater, bookstores, and more.
It’s on the first floor of a historic building, facing an inner courtyard, allowing you to enjoy the vibrancy of downtown without the noise of the city and the street.
🏠 The Space:
Our apartment is charming, well-equipped, and functional. It consists of a small entryway, a bathroom (with shower), a separate toilet, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, and a smaller one. The antique hardwood floors and abundant natural light will charm you during your stay.
The decor is both trendy and simple, incorporating some antique materials.
The entryway leads to a separate toilet. The main room offers a cozy space with a TV and free Wi-Fi. It opens onto a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals, complete with a coffee maker, a combination microwave and oven, and a refrigerator-freezer.
The bathroom has a shower and a sink. A washing machine is available, along with a mini ironing board, a freestanding clothes dryer, and an iron.
We offer two bedrooms equipped with double beds (160x200):
In the first bedroom, the double bed can be separated into two single beds (80x200), accommodating children or friends who wish to sleep separately.
The second, smaller bedroom also features a 160x200 bed.
Upon request, we can provide a crib, a high chair, and toys/books for children.

You can also park on the streets around Place d’Erlon; these spots are metered from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., and free the rest of the time and on Sundays.
