A huge private, tree-lined terrace, with no direct overlook, furnished with comfortable armchairs. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or share a glass of champagne at the end of the day.
The main living area offers a large, cozy corner sofa and a television corner ideal for your moments of relaxation, as well as a convivial dining area. You will also enjoy a superb, unique bathroom combining the charm of wood and a natural stone basin for a very relaxing "spa" spirit.
The apartment includes:
A spacious and bright living room with a sofa, TV corner, and dining area with a dining table.
A large terrace and a garden to enjoy the outdoors.
A modern, independent, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor hood, storage).
Two large bedrooms with access to a loggia and a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Illegal activities: Any illicit activity (trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate sanctions.
Damage: Any damage caused during your stay will be charged.
Respect for the environment: Please!
Do not set the heating in the accommodations to excessive temperatures!!

Arrival Procedure
Arrival: From 4:00 PM only, with self-check-in (autonomous access). The details will be available on the traveler portal after completing the registration form.
Collection of Information and Security Deposit
For the sake of security and protection for the properties we manage, we have implemented a few simple steps to be completed before your arrival:
Proof of identity: We require proof of identity for every adult traveler present at the time of booking. This ensures secure management for everyone.
Security deposit: On some platforms, a security deposit may be requested to cover any potential damage. This amount is fully refunded within 7 days after your departure, following inspection of the property.
This information will need to be provided in a dedicated form that we will send you as soon as your booking is confirmed. This form is perfectly secure and the information collected is used only for the purpose of the booking. Once this form is completed, you will receive access to a practical application to organize your stay.
This registration form has been set up to ensure the security of the properties we manage, as well as to allow you to arrive independently at the time of your choice. If, however, this procedure poses a problem for you for reasons of security, confidentiality, internet access, or any other reason, you have the possibility to send us the requested information by email, or to visit our agency directly during our opening hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and
Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, by appointment.
All this information will be gathered in a form to be completed that we will send you upon confirmation of your booking. Once this form is filled out, you will receive access to a dedicated application containing:
Essential information about your stay (Wi-Fi codes, rules to follow, etc.)
A guide to the city and its must-see attractions
Our additional services for a tailor-made stay
Departure Procedure (Check-Out)
Before leaving the property, we ask you to:
Remove the bed sheets and gather all dirty linen.
Do the dishes.
Take out the trash: Place the bags on the street after 6:00 PM.
The keys must be returned to the same place as upon your arrival.
Departure: Departures must take place before 11:00 AM at the latest. We no longer accept late departures due to repeated abuse.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation, which allow us to ensure a pleasant and secure experience for all our guests.

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire studio, including the terrace.
