It is within walking distance to the Cathedral and relatively central within walking distance. There's a pay parking garage with car chargers right below the apartment. The price is inexpensive, but if your budget allows, it might be worth paying more for something else.
You have 2 flights of stairs to enter. It is in an ugly building in an alley with no charm whatsoever. You can't see the cathedral from the apartment, all you see is a construction site which blocks the view. The photos online make it look nicer than it is in reality. For us it was a little bit complicated to find. The pillows are horrible. The bathroom door doesn't shut well. The bedrooms are very small. They basically divided a one bedroom apartment (office building?) into a 2 bedroom.
