Prima ruim appartement op loopafstand van het centrum; Nette keuken (met koelvrieskast, wasmachine, koffie apparaten, inductie etc) Badkamer met ligbad en douche in bad Nette slaapkamer (en 2e slaapkamer met stapelbed). Mooi groot balkon. Zeker pluspunt de parkeergarage die inbegrepen is.
Toch ook wel enkele kritiekpunten: -Het appartement beschikt niet over een ingebouwde airco maar een zeer luidruchtige mobiele airco, die bij warme dagen (35-40 graden) de woonkamer niet aan kan. In de slaapkamers zijn geen airco's terwijl dit wel vermeld is! - de handdoeken mochten best wel wat beter van kwaliteit zijn dit waren vast de goedkoopste -Waarom geen inloop douche als je zo'n mooi appartement aanbied
