Beliggenheten ved trikken var god
Vi valgte stedet utelukkende fordi den hadde aircondition. Denne viste seg å bare være på stuen og hadde ingen virkning på soverommet. Leiligheten var dermed uutholdelig varm. Garasjen var svært liten og vi måtte flytte rundt på en god del rot for å få bilen inn. Det gikk da med 3 cm klaring.
