Self catering, very well equipped apartment. Super clean, spotless kitchen, spotless bedrooms and bathroom. Clean linen. All very high quality. Very central location at Place d'Erlon, literally a 5-10 min walk to anywhere in central Reims.

We were staying there on a busy weekend, so the noise from the street was pretty loud (24 hrs) but this is the cost of a central location - nothing you can do about it. There was also a lot of really loud screaming from an apartment very close at all times of the day and night - we tried on a couple of occasions to find where it was coming from as it was driving us mad, but with no success. Very strange, but again, nothing can be done about that. The one thing which could be improved is the €400 deposit which we only found out about after we had booked and paid for the apartment. If a host is going to charge for a deposit (the majority of hosts do not) they really should include it in the upfront costs of renting the apartment, rather than leave it until after it has already been booked and paid for. I understand that it is only a "reserved deposit" and no charge was actually incurred, but you are never quite sure if there is going to be a problem with the deposit being returned (again, I stress that there was absolutely no problem on this occasion getting my deposit back). It just adds an unnecessary level of worry which is why most hosts do not ask for these deposits.

Notre arrivée, impossible d'entrer dans l'immeuble aucun code reçu et encore moins de récupérer la clé dans la boîte à cet effet.. Bug informatique aucun moyen pour vous joindre n0 de tel ou interlocuteur dans les environs. ? NEANT On a cherché une chambre dans les hôtels et Airbnb pour repartir le lendemain. Il fallait verser une caution pour que tout se déclenche ? Aucune explication à ce sujet lors de la réservation et du paiement de l intégralité de la location par VIREMENT. Nous ne sommes pas les seules dans ce cas pour cet appartement. On arrive fatigué par le voyage, porte de bois en arrivant, il a fallu se déplacer dans la ville avec nos valises. DE PLUS, votre agence était fermée avant 17 H . BREF ! On a perdu 4 H à tourner et virer dans la ville un dédommagement semble évident. J'ai prévenu l'office de tourisme de ces complications. Juridiquement on ne réclame pas une CAUTION le jour où les gens voyagent, on le fait en même temps que la réservation.

Très bien situé dans le centre ville Grandes pièces agréablement décoré Cuisine très grande et fonctionnelle, ustensiles et vaisselles suffisantes Literie très bonne dans les 2 chambres

Le chauffage n’est pas facile à régler, La température était trop basse la nuit et impossible de le faire rester à plus de 19, les températures extérieures étant froides pendant le séjour nous avons essayé de le remonter mais impossible

Très bel appartement, bien placé.
