הצוות היה מאוד נחמד, החדר גדול מספיק, מרפסת ענקית, ארוחת בוקר טובה, חניה זמינה ללא תשלום, מיקום טוב, נוף לים.
המים בג'קוזי לא היו חמים כלל .

Big beautiful hotel, decent breakfast, helpful staff, amazing sea view
WiFi was weak, there was a banquet on the ground floor and I could smell cigarettes and the top floor

great hotel, great rooms and very comfortable beds
the breakfast was cold, menu was only in bulgarian and was told to google translate it on my phone!, not good for a 4* hotel

I liked the view from the room, size of room, quality curtains, mattress ok, free parking at hotel
this is not 4 star hotel, problems with water standing in the shower and draining very very very slowly everytime you shower, problems with toilet taking a lot of time to refill after flushing, very loud and old AC, pillows uncomfortable, small TV, facilities like hammam not working, sauna working only if they start it especially for you, the place doesn't feel trustworthy, so I decided not to go to breakfast nor use the pools, sun loungers on the balcony very dirty couldn't sit on them, also the overall level of cleanliness was poor, dirty pillowcase, dirty sink etc.
