My room was clean and spacious. The SPA is kept clean. A variety of foods were available for breakfast. The housekeeping staff were polite and helpful.
Both SPA and Fitness close at 9 pm.
Those establishments should stay open for longer hours for hotel guests.

Location and facilities were great staff was very nice. Cleaning was going on all the time.

I understand is October but if I am paying to stay in a all inclusive all ⭐ s hotel I am not in a building site do your maintenance work out of season. Id like to use all facilities not pools closed. Bed mattress not comfortable. Some food not even warm. And some BG staff needs to adjust from local rude attitude.
