Good facilities, great food selection, great staff
I was there with my family so we rented three rooms. In one of the rooms the cleaning service was poor. But in the other two was excellent

This is was our third time here.
As alwasys, the location is relatively quiet and perect for family with chldren.
The hotel is improving from year to year, and there is a clear will to meet customer demands.
Regarding the place, there are some details that reveal the aeging of the place, and that it is degrading little by little.
On the other hand, as it was a third visit for me, I am a bit dissapointed by the coldnes of the reception people.
We had some serious issue with the parking. So despite we requested parking reservation and we had received a positive answer, we were then told to go to the public parking under the statement "we can NOT guarantee we can find you a parking spot". The problem was not even assumed by the hotel staff, blaiming "it's the booking.com" problem.
