Logement spacieux et confortable, bien situé près du carrefour de Penny Lane. Trois chambres, 6 places, plutôt pour une famille à mon sens en raison d’un faible cloisonnement. Une salle de bain petite mais complète. Bon rapport qualité prix. Possibilité de se garer facilement sur les trottoirs des rues perpendiculaires à Smithdown road, tout près de l’accès à la porte situé à l’arrière du restaurant.
Endroit plutôt bruyant en raison du trafic sur Smithdown road

Traffic noise but we're country dwellers so not used to it. 2nd night wasn't so bad

For the price this property offers great value for money, really good sized apartment, if you are staying for 1 night or 1 week you would be comfortable here. Lots of space and facilities, full size washer and dryer, good kitchen set up along with dining facilities. Parking available around the streets next to the unit.
Only thing that I would say is we stayed as two couples, if bed in the loft is open and there are doors/windows that are above the back of the restaurant where the extractors are and the noise form these started fairly early due to the kitchen getting ready, if you are a light sleep this may affect you but a heavy sleeper it probably wouldn’t, however for whats on offer I wouldn’t let it put you off staying just sleep in the downstairs bedroom.
