1. Bedrooms were spacious on all 3 rooms. 2. All things you need in bedrooms, Lounge and kitchen with all amenities. 3. Dedicated car park in front of the house. 4. Location with lot of shops surrounding area.

1. Ground floor bathroom : exhaust sound is like you suddenly entered a machine factory. The pressure of electric shower is like water dribbling and it will take ages to take a shower. We just always used 2nd floor always to take shower. 2. Stairs were very deep and small - need to be very careful if you are staying with small children. If you are sleeping in first floor bedroom and need to go for toilet in middle of night, you need to be full awake to go in narrow stairs one floor down or one floor up to access toilets. 3. Second floor bedroom window doesn’t open and privacy screen doesn’t even close and it comes open immediately after you close. No other ventilation except window from attached bathroom. 4. Felt bit unsafe at times in the neighbourhood and all Birmingham attractions are minimum 20 minutes away.

Steep staircase from bedroom with downstairs bathroom, almost fell going to the loo at night. Description didn’t indicate stairs and I have mobility issues

Me and my family had a lovely stay at the laurels ,russ the host was very welcoming and the house was very clean modern and tidy ,the area was quiet and not to far away from the city center which made it convenient ,☺️

There was fly infestation in the downstairs bathroom and the shower had hardly any water coming out of it.
