It suited our needs

Spacious one bed apartment Comfortable lounge and large TV with stream Train station within walking distance with easy travel to city centre and Stratford Useful food Shops and take away within walking distance

Relaxing few days over Christmas

The welcome biscuits and Christmas decorated table, fire on tv and Christmas music was a lovely touch. I had an issue accessing the keylock as i couldnt reach. I phoned up and the lovely Aayesha drove back to help me. Such a lovely thing to do. Great communication from start to finish. The apartment is warm, comfortable and clean. It has everything you could possibly need. On street parking was easy to access I enjoyed it that much, I requested to stay an extra night.

Crap! And rude

No check in information provided despite our requests days before arrival. NOT even full address and we had to search up and down the street and email them for information. Front yard was unkempt with litter. Then we find the front door was not lockable and no instructions on how to secure the door. Free WiFi could not be found. Fridge had leftover half eaten food. Management in denial of lock issue. We left as we felt unsupported and unsafe. No one on site till after we had left. Would not recommend in a million years. ZERO integrity. No refund for the 6 nights booked. Not even offer of partial refund. We have video of lock problem but cant upload

Overall a good stay enjoyed my time there!

Bed was comfortable. Living room was cosy. Communication was absolutely on point from staff.

Bidet provided didn’t work. I didn’t like that the property had an immediate flight of stairs as soon as you entered as I found difficulty lugging my suitcase up.

Great flat, with own entrance from street, found parking easy on street, flat exactly as in the pictures. Had 2 great nights' sleep in comfy bed. Central to local facilities and easy communication with host.

Exceptional

This house completely exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and offered far more room and comfort than I anticipated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook and feel at home. The living area was modern and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The host was friendly and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The mattress wasn't comfortable, rest everything was top class.
