Cape Royale Luxury Apartments

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut.

Das Problem ist das man eine Kaution hinterlegen muss. Das war vorher nicht bekannt. Die App zum bezahlen der Kaution hat nicht funktioniert. Ich musste zu einem anderen Hotel um die Kaution zu bezahlen. Das hat über 2 Stunden gedauert. Ich habe bis heute noch keine Rücküberweisung der Kaution erhalten.

The location is perfect. No need to rent a car. Specious enough for 4 people. Has everything you need in the apartment. The view is beautiful. Nice restaurants all around. Can walk to the waterfront which is 800m. We stay at the Cape Royale regularly because of the great location.

The air-conditioning system does not work in the whole apartment and was a constant 25-27 degrees even with the air-conditioning system on full blast and 16 degrees. The main bedroom's bathtub plug keeps draining water while you bath. The dishwasher worked one time, then it broke. We did send the complaints through, after our 5 day visit none of the problems were solved, even though they did send someone out to look at complaints. The main bedroom's mattress is slept through. It has 2 big curves which you roll onto while you sleep. This is not comfortable at all. Also the photos they show on Bookings.com is not how this apartment looks at all.

Great location

Staff unavailable on arrival so getting in the room took longer than anticipated. Although air con was listed as available during the time of booking it was completely disabled in the apartment. Staff knocked on door at 22:00 to explain the garbage disposal procedure which should have been explained to us upon arrival however there were no staff upon arrival.
