Great location, spacious apartment and pleasant details like coffee and tea upon arrival. Good kitchen and bedrooms.
Bathrooms were damp all the time, the drains and ventilation were not functioning properly. On cold days the fan heater was insufficient and the flat felt cold and damp.

Recent building. All items still new. Nice and quiet area, clean apartment. The water pressure is excellent.
The double bed is small and short. I am 1m80 and my feet was out of the mattress. There is no hangers in the bathroom to hang the towels.

No airco, it gets really hot in the apartment Door bathrooms block mirror, should have a sliding door instead Loadshedding The view wasn't as promoted, you look onto another building The host made false promises about cleaning days and bringing fans (which eventually never happened)
