Convenient, walking distance from key locations Felt safe in the property Had everything you need , loved that there was extra toilet paper and towels Also when we had a question and sent a message it was answered immediately

The security at the property didn’t make you feel welcomed I was abruptly told that I should have come to them first and not use the codes I was given Just makes the start very uncomfortable and unpleasant I know the security are not in charge of the property and when dealing directly with Property we had such a pleasant experience however the security are the first actual people we see and to be spoken in such an abrupt manner is not a very good look.

Nice apartment. Clean and modern with comfortable bed and good showers. Location was good too as well as the secured parking.

Check-in processed was a nightmare. Totally agreed with an earlier review that no check-in details were sent on my arrival, and I was told that someone (with name provided) will be there to assist me after I informed the host of my check-in time more than a week before arrival. I arrived sharply but there was no such person. We eventually manage to whatapps the host with the assistance of the reception lady. The host did not reply/pick our whatapps calls and we have been waiting for almost an hour. The host finally replied and asked for my passport copy in whatapps for generating the entrance passcode. Just landed in Cape Town on the first day after 20hours of long flight, this one-hour wait was a very very bad experience which I never encountered before. I almost gave up the apartment and has been searching for other hotels nearby as I can’t just stay idle waiting.
