Really spacious, much bigger apartment than expected; would be perfect for a long term stay too. Beautifully presented and close to Waterfront, Sea Point etc

The location is excellent, very close to the V&A Waterfront and the apartment was clean and comfortable.
We did have a small issue at check-in, as we weren’t informed in advance that documents needed to be submitted. It was resolved quickly, but I’d recommend contacting the property beforehand.
One night the fire alarm went off around 2am, and there was no clear guidance on what to do or who to contact. Thankfully, other residents were able to help and the fire department resolved it. Clearer safety communication would improve the experience.
