Everything was exactly how it was described A lot of Cafes in the area - awesome spot, waterfront is near and it's a lot cheaper.

The check in was a little rusty - gladly we asked for how we could enter the building - you get your own code and also the key lock code - but we had to ask for it

But the entrance to the Apartment was a nightmare. We didn’t get the codes or anything beforehand. The apartment did not contact us in order to tell us that they need our id before they send the codes! This should be optimized.

1- I highly recon to share exact google map location when you are sharing greet text message so it makes it convinient for the guest to just follow that text. 2- We were two but only one towel was provided for 2 persons for 2 days 3- Apartment is really warm. There is a need of recon (deifnately). I would not have booked if I knew it doesn’t have an AC system. 4- There should be complimentary water placed atleast when someone arrives 12 am 5- No hand soap was available. I believe the expectation is to use shower gel from the bottle which is not convinient and should be soap bar or liquid soap with pump. These are small things but does matter when it comes to customer experience. Thank you & good luck!

Fab stay

I absolutely loved the location of the property, it was close to many cafes and shops which was only a walk away. There was also free safe secure parking at the property which was good. Our accommodation was spotless, both rooms had their own shower and toilet which I loved. The tv was good too, nice and large and many things to watch or stream on there too. It was super easy to check in using the lock key box by the apartment and the communication from the owner was spot on. We will most certainly be staying here again as we absolutely loved our stay.

It took us 30 minutes to check in with an unhelpful staff member. She kept saying we needed a room number to check in, but we hadn’t received any information about this beforehand. We felt completely helpless until my local friend called the hotel and helped us resolve the issue.

The apartment was also not cleaned very good but they sent someone the next morning who did a proper deep clean. The apartment is also opposite a preschool so you are woken up early in the morning by the sound of kids

Unhappy client

The host was extremely unprofessional. Requested all of our IDs including my two minor childrens IDs via whatsapp otherwise se wont send the checkin details. I was willing to provide it upon checkin. When I called the number se did not answer the calls so this was extremely suspicious. She decided to cancel our booking on the last minute which caused us extreme inconvenience.

The entire experience and how we was handled and that this lady could cancel our booking one sided and cause us inconvenience, I feel that this was very unfair and if we knew this in advance we could have booked somewhere else.

This was a great choice for an overnight stay after the concert at the Greenpoint stadium.

Easy check in with the keys in the lock box. Very neat modern apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Quick walk across the road to the Greenpoint stadium. Very convenient for VA waterfront and Sea Point . Excellent security with secure parking.

Quite noisy during the day due to nearby construction.

Die Lage ist 1a. Man ist wirklich in 1 Minute bei tollen Cafes, Woolworths, Bars etc. Gleichzeitig ist die Straße ruhig. Es gibt eine moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht. Ich war 1 Woche in dem Apartment und habe mich super wohl gefühlt.

ottimo appartamento per 4 persone

la posizione era molto buona, vicino alle attrazione più turistiche di Capetown, L'accoglienza è stata molto gradevole, suggerisco a chiunque di contattare la struttura per tempo per organizzare l'arrivo. Il parcheggio è molto comodo e in zona c'è un supermercato ben fornito e diversi ristoranti. La sera consiglio di muoversi in auto, ma perchè Cape Town è una città difficile da comprendere per noi europei, merita di essere scoperta con tranquillità e senso di sicurezza per poter apprezzare al meglio.
