Really spacious, much bigger apartment than expected; would be perfect for a long term stay too. Beautifully presented and close to Waterfront, Sea Point etc

1- I highly recon to share exact google map location when you are sharing greet text message so it makes it convinient for the guest to just follow that text.
2- We were two but only one towel was provided for 2 persons for 2 days
3- Apartment is really warm. There is a need of recon (deifnately). I would not have booked if I knew it doesn’t have an AC system.
4- There should be complimentary water placed atleast when someone arrives 12 am
5- No hand soap was available. I believe the expectation is to use shower gel from the bottle which is not convinient and should be soap bar or liquid soap with pump.
These are small things but does matter when it comes to customer experience.
