The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within walking distance of the waterfront, making it a great base for exploring Funchal. The apartment had a nice balcony where it was pleasant to relax. The bed linen and towels were clean, and the bathroom was also clean and equipped with a hairdryer. Also the stuff was kind enough to let us check in early without paying extra
The apartment feels quite dated and could benefit from some renovation. The main issue was the kitchen, where clean and dirty dishes were mixed together, making it difficult to know what had actually been washed. Overall, the kitchen was not as clean as expected. The central location also means there is quite a lot of noise from outside, which may be an issue for light sleepers.

Close to everything, except the cheaper carpark.
The sofa bed not especially comfortable and the rug was too dirty. No scissors in the kitchen.

A localização e fantástica. Bem no centro de funchal. Da pra fazer tudo a pé. Perto de mercados, restaurantes, cafeterias. Acomodações confortáveis. Custo benefício OK.
Podia ter uma cafeteira de cápsulas de cafe. Isso facilitaria bastante.
