Giovanni was the best host we've ever had in all our 32 trips to Europe in 21 years. We stayed 10 nights and although small the apartment felt like home. Giovanni transformed an ordinary stay into a memorable experience. He provided precise local recommendations and responded rapidly to any concerns. The apartment is spotless and everything is well maintained. It has hotel-quality touches like high-speed Wi-Fi, stocked bathroom toiletries and extra towels. It is simply beautiful and the view is amazing. The quality of the mattress, pillows blanket are all as comfortable as home. Great bathroom and shower. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. But the best is Giovanni himself. He is a very special, warm and caring man and was always available in every way. He takes the definition of exceptional hospitality to an even higher level. Would give him a 20 if we could. We arrived as strangers but left as special lifelong friends. Thank you Giovanni for being you!
