Residence Degli Agrumi Mare - Appartamento Alicudi

The apartment had nice thoughtful touches: a couple of coffee capsules, a hairdryer, a beach umbrella, towels, extra pillows, a blanket, and reliable Wi-Fi. There was air conditioning in every room, and very beautiful paintings hung on the walls. Also, housekeeping came by once during our stay, which was a nice bonus! I loved the beach right by the house! Despite being small, it has clean sand, it's very pretty, and you can jump off the cliff. In the morning and evening, there are almost no people. As for Isola Bella beach, it's rocky, and all the paths to the beaches involve long stairs, which is quite tiring.

The only minor inconvenience was that while there is a washing machine, no laundry detergent was provided. It would also be great to have some basic pantry essentials like salt and sugar.

Location is incredible it’s on the beach

Guests have to wash the dishes before checking out omg... I’m absolutely sure that washing the dishes is part of the cleaner’s job. The property should either change this rule or install a dishwasher so guests don’t have to clean up after cooking before they leave.

If you are looking for a beach holiday in Taormina look no further, ovation doesn’t get better than this! The property is a couple steps away from the beach and in our opinion the best beach in Taormina. It’s a five minute walk from the cable carts that take you up to the center. Marco was so lovely, he waited for us and greeted us in the evening, kept in contact through the trip and recommended lovely places to eat.
