super cute apt! i love the idea of a loft with a bunk bead! lots of kitchen facilities, even though i did not cook! bathroom was very modern! had a washing machine and clothes rack along with pods! x1 fan for the bed, x1 for the main room and x1 for the bathroom made the stay very comfortable! amazing clothes rack to hang your stuff. x3 hangers next to the door. the apt felt super homey and the set up spaces everything out very well! your lights in the apt consist of x2 ring lights, an entrance light and a bathroom light! many mirrors around the apt. the host was kind to leave a bottle of water in the fridge! everything was clean and you even get two towels! cleaning supplies in the cupboard below the sink! 13min walk to the train station! would definitely stay again! please note that the info on how to access the property does not get sent to you until 4/5pm as check in is at 6pm! i did not have luggage with me so the stairs was no problem! the window overlooks the little garden! and the bathroom window opens up to the building’s stairway and hallway. thank you so much for having me and for your wonderful hospitality! i adore studio/loft spaces and i will definitely be back!

i would have loved a hairdryer! and maybe more hand soap as i had to use the washing up liquid. there was body wash in the drawer though which is good! i didn’t feel comfortable using a bar of soap that was unopened in the drawer! i felt the stairs to the bathroom could have been more stable, although i appreciate the handrail on the side of the wall. the mattress was a bit more hard than what i was used to but i still slept soundly! i wish the towels were left for guests on the bed rather than the toilet but that’s just me! there was nothing inherently wrong with this place! overall, just a few nitpicks according to my personal preference that did not take away from my experience staying in this cute & modern apt! it is very spacious for one person imo!

Le logement est neuf, les équipements sont de qualité et le tout est très bien agencé. Il est facile de stationner mais c'est payant (sauf samedi après midi et dimanche). Très proche des arènes, 15 minutes à pied.

En période de très fortes chaleurs, il est difficile de faire courant d'air, une fenêtre sur une cour (très agréable) et une autre dans la cage d'escalier.
