The instructions were very clear, we entered the apartment without a problem. The bedroom and shower rooms were very clean and nice. Wi-Fi worked without a problem. Good location.

Now about the cons: — the kitchen/living room wasn't very clean (walls, cupboards, the kitchen towel); — the AC was leaking; — the door in the toilet was impossible to open from inside — the handle was not handling and you could see that previous renters had already tried to get out by force (I imagine how terrifying it must have been to get stuck in a toilet without a phone like this if you are traveling alone and there is no-one to open the door from outside); — you pay non-refundable price and, instead of sending you arrival instructions, they additionally ask you for a mandatory 300 euros deposit outside Booking.com only after which they send you the code to enter. And yes — all that to enter the apartment in aforementioned condition; — there is only bot in the chat with the "owner", it was impossible to reach out to him; — they ask you to evaluate them with an excellent score and not to mention cons publicly :) — I saw there was a review about the leaking AC earlier and it still hasn't been fixed. So I hope that this message will help. Well, and now, I just hope to get my deposit back.

La localisation et le confort

Le logement est très bien situé, en plein centre ville. À proximité de tout. Celui-ci est propre, rangé, suffisamment grand pour 3 personnes. Bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande ce logement !

(Seul petit bémol, l'isolation sonore, pour les personnes qui dorment dans le salon... )

L'appartement est bien, calme et assez bien équipé. Mais ça va s'arrêter ici pour les éloges.

il est mentionné dans le descriptif; papier toilette fourni. Nous sommes arrivés à 4, après un très long voyage et avons donc utilisés les toilettes. Le problème, pas de papier toilette. Demande faite rapidement à l'hôte / Concierge. Voir sa réponse dans LES PHOTOS De plus, nettoyage rapidement effectué. Un set de 4 serviettes fournies pour 4 personnes et un séjour de 9 nuits. Voir à nouveau la réponse peu professionnelle de l'hôte. Et enfin le quartier fait peur, personnes alcoolisées du matin au soir sur la place devant l'immeuble.
