Great location, modern and large rooms and decent breakfast. Very pleasant stay.

The shower head wasn't high enough so taller people had to bend under it. The shower screen also wasn't big enough so on full pressure the water went everywhere.

Great hotel in a great location. Staying in Bormla was the best decision. Away from the crowds in a quiet residential part of the city. It's easy to walk around to sites, restaurants and the local neighbourhood, and you can get a water taxi into Valetta very easily. The room itself was spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, good wifi, tea and coffee facilities and a/c. A fabulous balcony with a view of the bay and the capital which was great to sit early morning and at sunset. During the day was too hot and would have been good to have an umbrella for some shade. Breakfast was simple but plentiful with a variety of pastries, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, juice and coffee. The staff on site were very polite and helpful. And Zoe was easily contactable through WhatsApp if there was an issue (getting the right code for the luggage room). So all in all a great few days to relax and discover Malta.

The breakfast area gets a bit cramped when all guests are there, but it's not uncomfortable, just dance around each other to get to the buffet. But it does get hot in there and it would have been good to have the A/C on or open the doors for some fresh air.

Very comfortable bed, it had a lift, quiet location and supplied a continental breakfast. Nice decor. Close to restaurants.

Shower is inside bath, which is a bit tricky for older people. Had a bit of trouble with the keypad to enter the room. Would have been helpful to have more instructions eg how to use safe and how to use coffee machine. The folder said they were next to each item, but they were not there.

Requested early check in and a cot to be in the room. Despite messaging several times on the day, they didn’t respond at all (despite it being a remote check in process) so we were left unsure where to leave bags and if we could access early. When we finally got in, there was no cot and we had been put in a different room to the one advertised (no bath which is important when travelling with a toddler). No high chairs available at breakfast and then Staff turned up 5mins early on check out day and told us to get out immediately as check out was 10am. Unnecessarily rude and unhelpful.
