The Mike Hotel by CX Collection

Located in a quiet neighborhood, away from noisy and bustling areas, yet extremely easy and quick access such places like Valletta by boat or bus. Property was very clean and comfortable, with exceptionally friendly staff. Though they advertise as having a "Simple" breakfast included, it was actually a basket with handmade sandwich, cut fruits, crackers/cheese, drink and coffee, delivered to you room every morning - far more than what you'd expect from the word "simple" and perfect to get you fueled up for the day.

Nothing quite particular, but I do wish they did provide a new bottle of water every day instead of just a single bottle for the whole stay. There are small shops right around the corner where you can buy a bottle, so not much of a deal.

The only downside was the smell caused by the dampness of the old building.

I was booked initially for a room with balcony. and ended with a AC system that was noisy and affected my chest and breathing, hence I wanted a room with balcony and air. I ended up in a black environment not conducive to mental health.
