Kljub temu da je bil apartma na revnejšem območju, je bil zelo blizu tramvaja, kar nam je omogocalo dobro izhodiscno tocko. Apartma se nahaja v pritlicj, bil je zelo lepo opremljen in zelo cist, dovolj prostoren.
Pomankljivost je ucinkovito zracenje, saj ima apartma zgolj okna in vrata na eni strani, zaradi cesar ga je bilo nemogoce prezraciti. Ves cas je bil prisoten obcutek vecje vlage, kar je bilo vidno tudo na mokrih brisacah, ki se cez dan niso posusile cisto. Ustrezljivost gostitelja je bila sicer visoka, saj so nam poskusali pomagati pri nedelujocem susilnem stroju. Jutro pred odhodom pa nas je pozdravil tudi nepovabljen gost - scurek (ki se je verjetno izmuznil v stanovanje, ko smo ga poskusali prezraciti).
