Pantheon Private Apartment

This property ticked all the boxes for our family of 6. Clean comfortable and just enough room for all of us. Our host was amazing and let us leave our bags before check in. The location is ideal right next to the pantheon and walking distance from most of the major sites. Only down side was the elevator not working which was no fault of the owner.

It was close to everything.

That we used the stairs to take our luggage up four floors and when the one time i used the lift. It stopped working and would not open the door. i was stuck in a one man lift that was over 40 degrees and the door would not open.The intercom and telephone in the lift were not working. I had no reception and after 15 minutes i realised no one will help me so i broke the door to get out. They made me pay for the damage which is not right because i didnt go in the lift to break myself out. But no one cares. Bookings did nothing to help me. So i was told the police will come and arrest me if i did not pay. My family and i are now scared to get in a lift.

Such a perfect location to explore Rome, great communication, comfortable bed, everything that we needed and a lovely restaurant right next door.

A couple of bits seem like they need a bit of attention, for example the ac in the living room and single room bit noisy. But this did not take anything away from our experience, an excellent stay.
