The location near the Pantheon was excellent. All communication was prompt and efficient, especially in replacing the electric kettle. Instructions left were clear and helpful - even supplied touring books and maps.
Perhaps investigation into the ventilation of the building is necessary. Room deodorisation provided was somewhat overbearing. Dampness maybe the issue.

Within walking distance of all major points of interest. Restaurants and food stores close by. Extremely convenient.
Located in a narrow and dirty alley. I was sleeping in a sofa bed and both the bedding and towels smelled.
