Casa Mia Navona

The suite was beautifully updated and very comfortable for our family of 7. Air-conditioning units functioned impeccably, leaving the suite cool and refreshing. The kitchen was well furnished (retro-styled fridge, appliances in red), with a Nespresso and extra pods and sugar for our enjoyment. The showers and towels and toiletries made for a luxurious stay. Located near Piazza Navona (which we explored and ate near, around midnight and it's still bustling), we were close to the Pantheon, and was still able to make the trek to the Colosseum by foot (with my 80 year old parents). We were closer to the Vatican which was a quick taxi ride away. The suite access by app was very convenient. The apartment is upstairs to a couple of restaurants, which gave a romantic atmosphere to the neighbourhood. Still a quiet neighbourhood, but we felt it wasn't isolated either. Close to a local grocery store for essentials and food/deli. We didnt eat out on the patio, as it was too warm, but it would have been nice to during cooler months. So much to say about this place. I wish I took photos, but the photos shared in the listing were accurate. Having not traveled to Italy in many years, I was not familiar with the required advanced prepayments and document sharing. All legit, the operator handled all my questions and I trusted them 100%. They were extremely helpful and had great communication with us. I would have no hesitation in rebooking Casa Mia Navonna.

I think we were missing a shower curtain in our beautiful master ensuite. There is a glass view of the shower from the master bedroom and into the hallway. But with some strategic placement of some of my clothes on the clothing rack, we were able to block the view from the bedroom. This would be my only very minor critique, but it didnt bother us at all. I figured the design was just European!

La ubicación es muy buena y la casa muy bonita

No funcionaba la cafetera... nos dijeron que lo solucionarian enseguida pero no hicieron nada. El check out era a las 11, solicitamos si podíamos aplazarlo hasta las 12 y nos dijeron que no (mala suerte) pero es que antes de las 10:30 los de la limpieza ya intentaron entrar en el apartamento!!! Te hacen rellenar un formulario online para el check out que te pide un monton de datos.... y entre otras cosas piden foto del dni y que te hagas un selfie con tu dni... nosotros aqui pusimos una foto en negro porque hoy en dìa con tu foto y el dni anda que no te la pueden liar...
