The location was good. Everything's near. The terrace was great. Apartment is spacious. Quiet location.

You can open the door only having your phone. Upon arrival we couldn't open our apartment's door, because they've sent us wrong link and the host wasn't replying for about 15 minutes and they don't speak English. There is unpleasant smell from bathroom in one of the rooms. The bathroom's doors handle is broken. In the other bathroom water in the sink is not going away quick enough. There is a kitchen, but almost no dishwashing liquid, no sponge, no dustbean bags, we had to buy it ourselves. There is no information where you can throw dustbean bags, only signs that you can't throw it outside. The host told us "under the building", but there was no such thing. All these small things kinda ruin your stay

W jednym z pokoi był nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome. Loved everything about our stay!

L'appartement était très propre et très bien décoré, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait. La literie était très confortable et les hôtes très réactifs par échange de mails, même tard dans la soirée. Il y a des restaurants et des commerces à proximité (locaux et carrefour express), et au besoin la station de bus qui dessert très bien les sites est également très proche. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Nous étions 6 (3 adultes et 3 enfants) et nous n'étions pas du tout à l'étroit. (Les deux salles de bains se sont avérées très pratiques!)

c'est vraiment un détail, mais le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de clés (tout ce fait par le téléphone), même si cela est pratique, cela peut s'avérer plus compliqué quand on est plusieurs à utiliser l'appartement . (Par exemple ma mère qui est assez âgée, ne maitrisait pas bien les ouvertures de portes par le téléphone)
