Casawally

We stayed for five nights in the „Penthouse“ under the roof. It is big and cozy and had everything we needed. It was a bit cold in january in Rome but there was a small heating and the air condition so it was no problem. The kitchen is small but had everything, including things like coffee, salt, sugar, oil… The tab water is drinkable. The area is beautiful and we reached everything on foot. We arrived with a nighttrain and got an early check in without any additional costs and got a very nice welcome. The communication via WhatsApp is fast and easy. Luca and Riccardo are really very nice hosts.

Not really a bad thing, but something you should be aware of: To reach the Penthouse you have to climb 75 steps. And the windows are simple because it is an original old house. It can be a bit noisy from the street.

Very nice apartment in a great location close to the main spots of the city center. It was very clean. Effortless check in and check out procedure. Great communication with the host.

Minor details can be improved but overall there isn’t any real downside

A very nice and clean apartment with everything you could need. The location of the apartment is very central and is very close to the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona, so there are lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The apartment is very modern and comfortable, with a very good washing machine and airco.

There are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment, which is something that is normal for old buildings in Italy but just keep that in mind. Another thing was that the hot water of the shower rant out quite quickly.

Location of the apartment is great. It is at the heart of the Rome. Nearby supermarkets, restaurants, lovely coffee places. 2 minutes away from the Pantheon. Walking distance everywhere. Host was super helpful and kind.

Entrance of the apartment smells awful. When you enter the apartment that horrible smell slaps you. We stayed top floor. Lot of stairs, be aware. It is smaller than it looks. Heater is not enough to heat the room and it is too loud, we hardly slept. Bathroom is old, sink is dirty, and the door needs to be changed. I am sorry but this room should not be that price, it is too much. It is just an old room. Bed was extra uncomfortable. And room needs a tall dressing mirror. We were trying to share that small bathroom mirror. Apartment was shaking constantly, I am not sure why. The only good thing was the location and the host. It was just huge disappointment because it seems perfect from the photos...
