The location of the property was incredible if you want to be in walking distance to majority of the sights. Fabiola was so polite and friendly, and very easy to reach and communicate with. The studio flat was very well stocked with everything which was very much appreciated. 10/10 property!

he location is A+++, the property is charming and has everything you need for a short or medium stay. You’ll be surrounded by one of the most beautiful and authentic atmospheres Rome has to offer. Highly recommended!
Only downside is the staircase to get upstairs can be a bit tricky if you’re travelling with heavy luggage

The perfect location and gorgeous apartment. Everything is so close by and easy to walk to. Very safe location and good security to enter property with 3 doors to get inside. Spacious and comfortable. Clean and everything you could need provided. Great pressure in the shower and the bed was really comfortable. Added bonus having a proper hairdryer available for those that need to use one. Fabiola was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Fabiola for welcoming us.
Nothing. It was perfect and I would gladly stay there again. I will be sure to recommend it to anyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in Rome that ticks all the boxes.

Great central location with restaurants and bars all around it but so quiet when in room. Felt really safe as was 4 doors to go through before entering apartment. Nice shower and loads of storage. Hosts really friendly and helpful
