La casa di Susy Campo Marzio

Fantastic location, only short walk to pantheon, colosseum, shops, bars, restaurants and transport. Loved the busyness of the area. Plenty of room/bathrooms for our family of 6 adults, beds were fine, good shower pressure. Air-con in each bedroom and living room which was great as very hot when we visited Rome. Well-appointed kitchen. Clean and tidy. Host meet us at property, even though we were a bit late. Good communication, recommendations and information on local area supplied. We were missing a set of towels and Susanna sorted it out straight away. There are two sets of stairs up to the property (second set steeper than first), but we were aware of this and wasn't an issue for our family. If you have mobility issues and/or lots of luggage you may need to reconsider. One of the bedrooms is street facing and was a little noisy but didn't worry us. Appreciated tea and coffee supplies, thank you.

Not I didn't like but just something for host to consider would be supplying two towels instead of just the one when a stay is 3+ nights. It is hard to wash and dry towels when out all-day sightseeing and would make such a difference.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Rome. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the centre, making it so easy to explore the city on foot and really make the most of our time in Rome. The apartment itself is stunning: spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent, which was particularly welcome after a busy day sightseeing in the summer heat. Communication with the owner was great throughout, with timely and helpful responses. We were also met at the apartment for check-in, which made our arrival very easy and straightforward. A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Nothing.
