Location is incredible near the station with plenty of restaurants and pubs in the area. With the heat wave I had pre-asked for fans in my room and my colleagues rooms which they very kindly gave us.
Unfortunately with the heat wave the room was just too hot. Even with the fans, at 09:45 at night my in room temperature was 31 degrees. By 4:30am that morning it had only dropped to 29 degrees. Only one window could open so the room was very stuffy even with the fan.

Location, space and cleanliness Had a problem with toilet systwm, which was resolved promptly
Radiator in bedroom was on full - unable to switch off, which resulted in a hot & uncomfortable evening

Location and set up
Although only 2 adults stayed it’s set up for 3. The place is tired and just needs little maintenance to improve. Wardrobe doors don’t open properly, blinds don’t close, lack of certain glasses etc. Hot water used up by first person in shower….. Also you can book cheaper going direct - my partner found it cheaper but unfortunately I was unable to cancel without incurring a charge.
