Bardzo ładny i czysty apartament. Super kontakt z właścicielem, Pani jest pomocna w każdej kwestii. Super lokalizacja, blisko do sklepów i restauracji.

świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto i przyjemnie, dużym plusem jest dostępne bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe i garderoba, polecam ❤️

Mieszkanie jest odremontowane, wszystko nowe. Zawiera wszystko co potrzebne, jest pełne wyposażenie. Bardzo czysto, przemyślane dodatki stwarzające miłą atmosferę. Również widok na góry i wieże widokową jest bardzo przyjemny. Mieszkanie jest zrobione z przerobionego poddasza, więc osoby mające problemy z chodzeniem po schodach mogą mieć kłopot. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do centrum, są sklepy. Jest też zamykany wewnętrzny parking. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem i miłe dodatki (cukierki, woda mineralna, kawa, herbata)
Brakuje klimatyzacji, trafiliśmy w okresie kiedy było dosyć chłodno i dało się wytrzymać, ale w przypadku upałów będzie gorąco (poddasze). Jest wiatrak, ale to za mało. Nie wiem czy właściciel może tam zamontować klimatyzację, ale może warto pomyśleć przynajmniej o klimatyzatorze.
