iFlat Pantheon & La Dolce Vita Skyline Penthouse

The location is excellent - Largo Argentina is convenient to many center city sights. The view from the terrace is also excellent.

The 6th floor apartment is accessible by a very small elevator - and one morning it didn’t work! The apartment can use a more thorough cleaning - especially the floors. One of the bedrooms has no window. The other two bedrooms have very low and sloped ceilings. The remaining 5 floors of the building are abandoned - raising serious safety and fire concerns.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome. The host gave us a very warm welcome, including a thoughtful bottle of Prosecco, which was a lovely touch after travelling. The apartment itself was excellent, and the view from the balcony was genuinely stunning. The location couldn’t have been better , just a five minute walk to the Pantheon, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and amenities right on the doorstep. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. We were really happy with our choice to stay here and are very grateful to our wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.

The location and view are fantastic. The host is helpful and responsive.

The photos for the listing are not accurate. The patio has no sun cover, most of the furniture is damaged or has been removed, and the floor is covered in bird poo. We booked specifically to enjoy evenings on the patio and it just wasn't possible. The interior is similarly neglected/different. Much of the furnishings and decor shown in the photos is not present, sofa and bed linens were stained, duvets had no covers. The beds were uncomfortable. The kitchen patio door is falling off the frame. The skylight in one bedroom would not close so street noise and seagulls nesting right outside made sleep very difficult. The shower does not fully close so water gets everywhere no matter how careful you are. Edit: Note added after seeing management response. The issues can be found in reviews as far back as 1 year and as recent as 1 month prior to my stay. If management cared, they would have fixed them when previous guests complained. They did not contact me about the issues raised here, they do not actually care.
